By accessing, registering for, or using the blackscatter platform — including the website at blackscatter.vu and any associated mobile applications — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Your account is personal and non-transferable — you cannot sell, transfer, or assign it to another person.

All financial transactions on blackscatter are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency are not accepted for gaming transactions.

• Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account closure.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game session:

blackscatter is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile network interruptions common in some areas of the Philippines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, blackscatter and its operators are not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, special, or consequential loss of any nature.

blackscatter's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made to that account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

blackscatter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be provided through the platform. Continued use of blackscatter after a change has been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
